What's the minimum order?
One 20ft container (about 25 tonnes). Mixed-product containers are fine — say so in your message.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Physical samples of your chosen finish are free; you only cover courier if you want them expedited.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB Mundra as standard, or CIF / DAP to your port. We quote both so you can compare landed cost.
What about lead time?
Typically 3–5 weeks from approved sample and advance, depending on product and volume.
Can you meet CE / ASTM specs?
Yes — we issue accredited-lab test reports per shipment, including CE documentation for the EU.
How do payments work?
Advance plus balance against shipping documents, or an irrevocable L/C for larger orders.
